At PJM Valeting you’ll find we’re: approachable, collaborative, professional and above all, dedicated to providing a high quality service. We hold strong relationships with our customers and will work with you all of the way, to make sure we are giving you the service you expect. 

How do we do this? 

For a start, we provide regular visits from Directors. We’re a hands-on management team, who frequently tour our sites to make sure the subcontract Valeters are delivering the standards we set and you require. On top of this, each site has a dedicated Site Supervisor to instil in you the confidence that the job is being done right, allowing you concentrate on other areas of your business. To help you analyse your valet costs, we can provide you with regular data of the work we do for you.

Products make a difference: 

Cleaning Chemicals: Another aspect that sets us aside from other valeting contractors is that PJM Valeting use only one supplier for our cleaning chemicals. This is important and ensures a consistent finish on all of the vehicles we valet across the UK. 

Recondition Products: PJM are specialists in machine polishing, we work with Farécla Products, who are world leaders in developing and providing reconditioning products to the automotive trade. We prefer their Fast Track product, which delivers the quality finish you would expect from PJM.
