Paul Moore - Managing Director

Paul has 25 years experience within the valeting trade. Starting off as a valetor, Paul became an operations manager for a large valeting company controlling on a daily basis 150 valetors across the country. Extending his experience by working in France managing a busy car auction centre he also set up the 1st Car Shop in during his four years over there.
 
Throughout his career he has managed and co-ordinated various events for many manufacturers across the UK and abroad. As Managing Director of PJM, he prides himself in customer service and quality assurance, ensuring that he is in contact on a regular basis with all his customers.

Terry Burns - Operations Director

Terry has over 16 years experience within the valeting industry including all aspects of work for Dealerships, Body Shops, Large Logistic Companies, Auction Centres and Events.

His position as Operations Director involves overseeing Auction sites throughout the south of the country and nationally includes all Health and Safety aspects, monitoring of equipment, training programmes and control of all supplier needs for the business.
